SoilPro Outdoors offers the ONLY comprehensive soil analysis the industry has ever seen!
Assessment Includes THREE Reports:
- Current Availability for ALL 16 Essential Nutrients plus; pH, organic matter, soil respiration, and C:N ratio
- Current Nutrient Pool for ALL 16 Essential Nutrients
- Current Genomics - Biological Pathways for ALL Major & Minor Nutrients
The collection of these reports gives deep insight into the current nutrition and biological health of where your food plots stand. These reports allow us to see if there is a weak or strong presence of beneficial microbes that will enable nutrients to germinate the seed, build a strong root system, and then feed a growing plant.
Microbes are the gatekeepers or the key holders to helping the plant unlock nutrients from your soil. It is important to know where you stand otherwise no mass amount of NPK fertilizer will matter unless microbes are present. Without this information, money is being wasted and lost.
When do I pull soil samples?
- Soil temps must be at a minimum of 45 degrees Fahrenheit to 50 degrees for a consistent 72 hours.
Do I use my own bag or do you send me bags?
- SoilPro Outdoors has full instructions and a submittal form. Upon purchase, we will email you these two documents. If for some reason you do not receive them, simply call us or email us at support@soilprooutdoors.com.
How long does it take to receive reports?
- Due to the extensive nature of this assessment, most reports are provided within 5-7 days. However, the genomics portion can sometimes take up to four weeks to receive.
What do I do with this information once it is finished?
- The Soil Health Experts at SoilPro Outdoors will review and explain all reports at your convenience. We will then design a custom program based on the reports. The goal is to be the most efficient in fertilizer inputs while building the current and future biological state of your soil. In nearly all cases, no synthetic forms of fertilizer are needed, only the SoilPro Products.
How does this assessment compare to most soil reports already in the industry?
- First off, IT DOESN'T!!
- Major companies in our space only provide; pH, organic matter, CEC, Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), and Magnesium (Mg). Unfortunately, this is such limited information that any and all fertilizer recommendations DO NOT build soil health at all! It only helps for a short period if at all.
- If you were going to make a business decision with only 25% of the information would you? Most smart people would not! Plants require 16 nutrients, not four like most of the reporting is currently being done in our space.
- Our assessment provides land owners, habitat managers, and hunters with the most complete analysis of their soil. The conversation with you is grounded in years of research and knowledge of soil biology. We feel that biology should lead the conversation when growing food plots, NOT fertilizer.
How does this type of reporting help my deer herd?
- It is all about nutrition! If soil biology is active and healthy then all processes that work with the seed and soil to plant and soil are stronger. By being able to identify a low concentration of certain microbes we can then FIX this by applying either SP-Enhance or SP-Compost. This creates an efficient system that will bulk the biomass and nutrition of any plant.
- Early findings through soil and tissue samples show critical nutrients that impact antler size are 20-40% higher in SoilPro Outdoor food plots.
- In addition to our nutrition findings, we are seeing protein and total digestible nutrients up anywhere from 20-55%. For the nursing doe, this is vital for the next generation of offspring!
- The BIGGEST impact we are seeing from SoilPro Outdoors food plots is the GLUCOSE and STARCH content. These levels have been upwards as much as 6-84% respectively! The need for calories and metabolism is so high but our system is working for our customers!!
Please note, THIS ASSESSMENT IS NOT NEEDED in order to see the benefit of our products. We have numerous customers who are not asking us to build a "custom" program. They are using our products solely or as recommended on the labels for their spring or fall plots.
The SOIL HEALTH ASSESSMENT is provided in order to become more knowledgable, timely, and precise with our products as well as any and all inputs you may add to your food plot.
